- Managed website and interactive kiosk projects for museums and nonprofits. Clients included the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the Smithsonian's Reynolds Center for American Art and Portraiture, the State Museum of Denmark, and the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy.
- Conceived and defined project features for major site redesigns, ecommerce solutions, and community-building web applications. Authored specification documents detailing functionality, site architectures and page schematics.

- Designed and developed an interactive touch screen kiosk using Flash and ActionScript for Wellesley College's Davis Museum. Served as main contact with client. Organized meetings and production schedules, communicated needs of both sides, and advised on timelines, file formats, and content.
- Contributed to FRONTLINE's web presence by designing individual sites and pages for the program's documentaries. Produced cross-browser and -platform compatible front-end code. Created interactive Flash and DHTML features to teach about the films' subjects in a visual and hands-on manner. Digitized and encoded over thirty hours of video for FRONTLINE's web streaming initiative.
- Designed and built main pages of website promoting Peter Jennings and Todd Brewster's television series and book In Search of America.
